All gift sets come finished in a luxury box with a ribbon to ensure they give a wow look. Gift sets include 3 packs of heart wax melt pouches (6 hearts in each pouch).

All orders are sent by Royal Mail unless specifically arranged to be sent by a courier.
Orders are sent as 2nd class as standard unless express delivery is chosen at checkout.
Express Delivery is sent using Royal Mail next day delivery, first class service. Although their timescales say 1-2 days, 99% of orders are delivered the very next day.
Returns
If you would like to return your order, you have 14 days from receipt to return your item to us. You will need to return the item in the orignal packaging. It is the responsbility of the customer to pay for returns.
Unfortunatley we cannot accept returns on personlised products, unless of course the product was recieved damaged.
Cancellations
We really hope you don't change your mind however if you would like to cancel your order, we are happy to do this for you as long as your order hasn't been processed. To cancel your order you will need to send an email to Revive@outlook.com including your order number.
